Martin Nikolov operates StockBack and is responsible for the data described here.

What we collect

• Marketplace data you authorise: inbound shipments, warehouse inventory movements, returns, refunds and reimbursements. We do not request your customers' names, addresses or contact details.
• Access tokens or API keys for your connected stores, stored encrypted.
• Product costs you enter, and the status of your claims.
• Billing details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

Only to find claims, prepare them, track reimbursements and calculate fees. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On our hosting provider's servers. Data is kept while your store is connected and deleted within 30 days after you disconnect and ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Contact mnikolov381@gmail.com.
