Terms of service

These terms apply to StockBack, operated by Martin Nikolov ("we"). By connecting a store you agree to them.

The service

StockBack reads data from the marketplace accounts you connect (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Allegro, bol), finds inventory that a marketplace warehouse may owe you for, and prepares claim messages and evidence. You decide whether to submit each claim, and you submit it yourself through the marketplace.

No guarantee of payment

Marketplaces decide whether to reimburse a claim. We do not guarantee that any claim will be paid, and amounts shown are estimates based on your data and the unit costs you enter.

Fees

The audit is free. When a marketplace reimburses a claim prepared by StockBack, you owe 15% of the amount reimbursed, as described on the pricing page. Fees are charged to the card you add, through our payment processor Stripe.

Your account and data

• You must be authorised to connect the marketplace accounts you add.
• We access your marketplace data read-only and only to provide the service. See the privacy policy.
• You can disconnect at any time. Fees already earned on reimbursed claims remain payable.

Acceptable use

Do not submit claims you know to be false, and do not use the service to break any marketplace's rules.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made by marketplaces.
